• 100% Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement, provided that design work has not yet been started, are eligible for a full refund.
• 50% Refund: If cancellation occurs after draft(s) have been shared, only 50% of the order amount will be refunded. (For customised designs only)
• No Refund: Once the final design has been shared, designed, or if significant progress has been made on the design, no refund will be applicable.

Content Policy

• Religious content in designs is respectfully limited to Islamic statements or symbols only.

Customisable:

• Facial resemblance in the artwork will be approximately 30–50%.(10-20% for Side Poses)
• Hairstyles, jewellery and dress styles will not be exactly the same.
• Dress colors will be around 80% similar.
• We provide 3–4 draft designs, from which you can choose your preferred option.
• These are AI artworks, which are manually edited and animated in professional software and does have some editing limitations.
• No. of Revisions/Changes: 01 (You still have an option of 1 revision even after proofreading and final delivery).
• Any additional revision, adaptations/versions will be charged extra.

Pre-Designed:

• Dress color changes will be charged extra.

Use of Photos, Designs, and Content:

• Your photos, designs, and content are used exclusively to create your order.
• We will never use your materials for marketing or public display without your prior permission.
